Nuage interprets the upholstered bed as an enveloping and harmonious presence, bringing character to the bedroom without making it feel heavy. The curves of the headboard and bed frame create a soft, continuous profile, while the solid wood feet introduce a warm, natural and carefully shaped detail.
The balance between the upholstered surfaces and wooden elements makes the bed elegant from every angle. Its structure appears generous while retaining a sense of visual lightness—a particularly valuable quality when the bed occupies a central position and needs to interact with the entire interior scheme.

The wide, gently enveloping headboard discreetly defines the area dedicated to rest. It is available in a smooth version for a more understated appearance, or with vertical quilting to add depth and rhythm to the surface.
The upholstered bed frame echoes the softness of the headboard. The exposed feet gently interrupt the continuity of the fabric and highlight the contrast between the texture of the upholstery and the natural grain of the wood.
The result is a sophisticated yet informal bed, equally suited to contemporary interiors and bedrooms with a reinterpreted classic style.

The smooth version emphasises the purity of the profile and the continuity of the upholstery. It is particularly suitable for understated or minimalist bedrooms dominated by natural textures and delicate tones.
The quilted version features a sequence of vertical sections that accentuate the softness of the headboard and give it a more decorative character. This option works especially well in sophisticated contemporary interiors, boutique hotel-inspired bedrooms and spaces in which the wall behind the bed is intended to become a focal point.
In both versions, the rounded corners and defined border preserve the continuity of the design.

These three sizes allow the bed to be adapted to the proportions of the room and individual requirements, from a more compact double bedroom to a generously sized suite.
The upholstery can be selected from the many fabrics available in the catalogue. Colour, weave and texture can significantly alter the character of the bed and allow it to be coordinated with the room’s colour palette, curtains, rug and other upholstered elements.
In the photographs, Nuage is upholstered in Incanto BE40250, colour 11, category B. The published price includes the choice of any fabric belonging to the same category.

Nuage can also be upholstered in fabric supplied by the client, subject to prior approval of its technical suitability and the quantity required.
The bed upholstery is not removable.
Colours and textures may vary slightly depending on the screen and viewing conditions. Once the order has been confirmed and before production begins, physical samples of the selected upholstery can be supplied.
The structure is made from solid wood and upholstered in fabric. Polyurethane foam and resin-bonded padding give shape to the soft volumes of the headboard and bed frame.
The feet are made from solid Canaletto walnut. They enhance the profile of the bed and create an elegant contrast with the fabric upholstery.
Nuage is supplied with a slatted bed base. The configuration offered and the published prices refer to the version without storage.
A storage version is also available and is shown in the technical drawing included in the gallery. This version is not included in the published prices and can be ordered on request, subject to availability and a specific quotation.
The mattress is not included. It can be purchased as an optional extra on request, selecting from the solutions available in the size corresponding to the bed.
Decorative cushions are also not included and can be ordered separately on request. They can be personalised in the many fabrics and colours available in the catalogue, either to coordinate with the bed upholstery or to create a carefully considered decorative contrast.
Nuage is available in all three sizes with either a smooth or quilted headboard. The price varies according to the selected size and version.
For each configuration, the indicated price refers to the bed upholstered in any fabric belonging to category B.
The fabric shown in the photographs is Incanto BE40250, colour 11, category B and is therefore one of the upholstery options available at the published price.

Selecting an upholstered bed involves more than choosing its dimensions. The relationship between the upholstery, flooring, walls, lighting and other furniture in the bedroom should also be carefully considered.
