Harp is an extending table designed by Andrea Lucatello.
The strengths of the Harp table are many.
The top is barrel-shaped, an intermediate solution between the rectangular shape and the oval shape that allows better optimization of space and the comfort of diners.
The base is made of metal. It is a powder-coated square rod.
The base can be lacquered in matt white, matt black (as in the photos), embossed graphite grey (as in the photos) or embossed bronze.
The “S” curvature and the numerous rays that rise sinuously recall the harmonious shape of a harp.
The top is extendable.
Thanks to two independent extensions, the top can measure 200, 245 or 290 cm.
The minimum size is cm. 200 x 100.
The maximum size is cm. 290 x 100.
The height of the table is 75 cm.
The width of the base is 75 cm.
The table weighs approximately 160 kg.
The table top is proposed here in an elegant ceramic version “K12 – Pietra di Savoia Perla“.
The ceramic layer has a thickness of mm. 10 and is coupled to a glass sub top of mm. 10.
The central top and the extensions are all finished in the same way.
The frame that supports the top is made of aluminium and the opening and closing mechanism is intuitive and very simple to use.
20 different ceramic colours are available to customize the table.
The top can alternatively be made of extra-clear transparent glass.

Andrea Lucatello is an industrial designer who lives and works in Treviso. Since he was young he performed a varied and intense professional activity which has formed his experience, creativity and knowledge of processing techniques, in particular on composite materials and the design of furniture and boating. He currently works with many companies dealing with design and interior design, image and research from the initial idea until the industrialization of the product. His works give life to original objects, characterized by a strong personality and an avant-garde design. In 2004 he obtained a special mention with "SKYLAB" writing board; in 2000 with “ORIGAMI”, in the 2001 obtained a “WING CHAIR" and “LETTO RIALTO" special mention. “TOP TEN 2001” award at the International Chair Exhibition.
